I used to live there and water leaks in through the floor when it rains almost in half of the units. This problem will never be fixed, I was told by management because it is the way the apartments were built. The pool will NEVER be open. It is not a gated community, the front gate will never be repaired because there is no gate around the rest of the property. They will never have a permenant property manager because they hire people with no experience. The regional managers don't care about the tenants, they only care about keeping themselves out of trouble and keeping the owners happy. They will lose, alter and neglect your personal information for their benefit. All of this I have seen first hand... I'm surprised they are still in business. more

I live here for about 6 months. Firstable, the people in the office don't respect the contract. They make a lot of things out of the contract and when you go to the office asking for an explanation they don't have an answer for you. In the apartment the toilet has hot water, My water and power bill are extremely high, and they don't do anything to fix it.\r They have a sign out of the property that said :""We love our customer"". I wonder what kind of love is that, that when you go to tell them that something is wrong in your apartment they never come to fix it. I went twice and told them about it, I had to went the third time with really bad mood, and told them the same.\r I bought a bicycle to my daughter, and just let it outside of the apartment in the back, and they came one day and took it, I never see it again. In this 6 months I never received a receipt when I payed the rent or the water bill. If you have kids, please, consider that the police is everyday in front of my apartment, I have kids and I don't let them go outside.\r You better consider all your cons before come to live here. First of all, the landscaping is horrible. It looks like a slum house. The grass obviously hasn't been cut in over a month. The poor kids that have to live there and play outside can't hardly enjoy it. Secondly, maintenance is lacking. My sister-in-law lives there, and she has many things that need to be repaired in her apartment, and maintenance won't even come and take care of the things that need to be addressed.
