Review content:
I used to live there and water leaks in through the floor when it rains almost in half of the units. This problem will never be fixed, I was told by management because it is the way the apartments were built. The pool will NEVER be open. It is not a gated community, the front gate will never be repaired because there is no gate around the rest of the property. They will never have a permenant property manager because they hire people with no experience. The regional managers don't care about the tenants, they only care about keeping themselves out of trouble and keeping the owners happy. They will lose, alter and neglect your personal information for their benefit. All of this I have seen first hand... I'm surprised they are still in business.
