I live here for about 6 months. Firstable, the people in the office don't respect the contract. They make a lot of things out of the contract and when you go to the office asking for an explanation they don't have an answer for you. In the apartment the toilet has hot water, My water and power bill are extremely high, and they don't do anything to fix it.\r They have a sign out of the property that said :""We love our customer"". I wonder what kind of love is that, that when you go to tell them that something is wrong in your apartment they never come to fix it. I went twice and told them about it, I had to went the third time with really bad mood, and told them the same.\r I bought a bicycle to my daughter, and just let it outside of the apartment in the back, and they came one day and took it, I never see it again. In this 6 months I never received a receipt when I payed the rent or the water bill. If you have kids, please, consider that the police is everyday in front of my apartment, I have kids and I don't let them go outside.\r You better consider all your cons before come to live here.
