I've purchased a hot tub from them, I bought it from Dennis. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. I would say the most important thing is that he listened to me and my concerns. more

The Pool and Spa Center is very well informed about the products they sell. Where I felt they failed was in their follow-up with us. They delivered it, set it up and gave us some superficial instructions. They didn't make sure we knew how to run our new hot tub. They do this everyday so it is simple for them, but for us the new system was complicated. They have a good knowledge base and the delivery was fine, but they need to make sure that the customer feels comfortable with the features and understands how to do the maintenance. more

I find that I have tried so many times to schedule something with The Pool and Spa Center the last 2 or 3 years and have been unable to get them to actually show up. I feel my work has been put off to the side and I have to call to remind them they have an appointment with me or else there is a 2/3 chance they won't remember to come out or will overbook and have to put off my appointment to the future without notice. I have been driven to look elsewhere for pool work but there is a lack of other pool companies in the area. Part of why I still use The Pool and Spa Center is when they finally do show up the work is usually done to my satisfaction and the people that work for them are nice and courteous. When they are here I have no problems but really the service of getting them out here is unpredictable. Even when I call a month ahead of time, I have to call 3 or 4 times to make sure they don't push my date even further back. The scheduling of their work is terrible but the people do go work if they can come out. The people at the store are nice but again, the problem for me is that general communication is poor. more

The Pool and Spa Center fixed the problem that no one else wanted to do and they fixed it well. The controls were gone on the hot tub and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the first try. They knew what needed to be done and I would recommend them for their knowledgeable service. more

The Pool and Spa Center is always there to help. I had some issues with my spa they they responded quickly to take care of the problem. When you are at their store they tell you what you might need. I've had bad experiences with other places, but not here. more

I came across The Pool and Spa Center while searching online for replacement pillows for my six-year-old Hot Springs Spa. Although I was not familiar with the company, I was quickly impressed by their friendly dedicated service in helping me find the correct replacement parts, which took some time and effort. I received the pillows promptly and have installed them; very easy, very happy. I appreciate the free delivery on any size order, so I didn't need to fool around trying to find some other product to purchase to round-out the order. Based on my searching, the products I ordered were competitively priced, so no up-charge to cover free delivery. I also took the opportunity to inquire about certain hot tub chemistry questions. Again, staff was very helpful; even received a follow-up email with specific instructions. All in all, very pleased. Will definitely come back to them for my next chemical supplies purchase. more

Pool and Spa Center were very helpful from start to finish, we got a 24 foot pool installed by them. They answered all my questions and offered great follow up after the install. I wouldn't recommend any other place but them. more
