I find that I have tried so many times to schedule something with The Pool and Spa Center the last 2 or 3 years and have been unable to get them to actually show up. I feel my work has been put off to the side and I have to call to remind them they have an appointment with me or else there is a 2/3 chance they won't remember to come out or will overbook and have to put off my appointment to the future without notice. I have been driven to look elsewhere for pool work but there is a lack of other pool companies in the area. Part of why I still use The Pool and Spa Center is when they finally do show up the work is usually done to my satisfaction and the people that work for them are nice and courteous. When they are here I have no problems but really the service of getting them out here is unpredictable. Even when I call a month ahead of time, I have to call 3 or 4 times to make sure they don't push my date even further back. The scheduling of their work is terrible but the people do go work if they can come out. The people at the store are nice but again, the problem for me is that general communication is poor.
