I came across The Pool and Spa Center while searching online for replacement pillows for my six-year-old Hot Springs Spa. Although I was not familiar with the company, I was quickly impressed by their friendly dedicated service in helping me find the correct replacement parts, which took some time and effort. I received the pillows promptly and have installed them; very easy, very happy. I appreciate the free delivery on any size order, so I didn't need to fool around trying to find some other product to purchase to round-out the order. Based on my searching, the products I ordered were competitively priced, so no up-charge to cover free delivery. I also took the opportunity to inquire about certain hot tub chemistry questions. Again, staff was very helpful; even received a follow-up email with specific instructions. All in all, very pleased. Will definitely come back to them for my next chemical supplies purchase.
