The fact that my rent went up $50.00 from one year to the next feels like price gouging. It is going to be a pain to move all of my stuff but that is sadly what I will have to do ...

Over and above the call 12/24/2016

I am very grateful to Maxine and Lloyd. They supported me when I struggled to pay my fees. They worked with me and it went from being a stressful situation for me to an experience of kindness and understanding. The facility is always neat and clean. Highly recommend their business to everyone. more

good service at a fair price 12/20/2016

Old Barn Self Storage has got a pretty clean facility out there. They have pretty good security. It's relatively inexpensive considering the other places in the area. I haven't used other services but I checked a lot of prices before I chose them. I've been there about 5 years and they're pretty consistent. They don't raise your prices like other people around town. In the 5 years I've been there the cost has maybe gone up 10 dollars, which is pretty good. They've got a good location where you can usually get to them easily. Also they are just nice people, though I don't know them all too well. I just pay the fee every month and I've never had a problem with them not receiving a payment or anything like that. It's a great business. more

The people I deal with in the front office at Old Barn Self Storage are very nice people, very compatible, very accommodating. The facility is easy to get to and easy to get in and out from. The storage is adequate. The only negative I can think of is that they lack lighting inside of their units, so you have to bring a light if you think you'll need it. The price is competitive in the region. I've been there 2 years and i'm quite happy with it. more

I've been using Old Barn Self Storage since May. I like that they had a moving truck that I could use. They set up my payments automatically to come out of my account so it's not a pain. Everyone who has helped me here is kind and easy to work with. more

Okay 9/7/2016

I went to Old Barn Self Storage in Grass Valley recently and I rented a small 3' x 4' storage for one month. Their prices, I felt, were very high. The space I rented was nothing spectacular, but it served its purpose for what my needs were at the time. I don't know if I would recommend Old Barn Self Storage to other people and I most likely will not use them again. more

Greedy - plain and simple 8/4/2016

In the three years since I placed my items in Old Barn storage, the price continues to go up. I have had several problems with Old Barn. While the people are friendly enough - the service is far from it. I would recommend anyone needing a storage unit to check any other location they can find in the area before going to Old Barn. more
