Friendly service, and well organized. The storage area is very clean and efficient. Security is top notch as well.

The fact that my rent went up $50.00 from one year to the next feels like price gouging. It is going to be a pain to move all of my stuff but that is sadly what I will have to do ...

Long time customer, never any problems 9/4/2015

I have used Old Barn Self Storage off and on for about seven years. All of my extended family stores their belongings with the company and everyone has been very satisfied with their service. Every time you go in, there is someone you know. You use their moving truck and materials for free when you move your things to the facility. I have never had any problems with damage or security. The facility and the staff are very nice. more

Old Barn Self Storage cost me no problems. I've had the unit for about four months now. They seem like new units and the people there are nice. Comparing to other storage places, I had communication problems with the staff, but not with this storage company. more

Convenient, good management! 8/27/2015

My son uses Old Barn Self Storage. l moved to Nevada City about a year ago and he told me it was a good place to be. They are very available, the only thing I don't like is that you can't get in and out after 8 which is inconvenient for some people. My son has two canoes and if he gets in late he has to go the next day to store them. Otherwise I'm very happy! more

Best in Nevada County! 7/11/2015

The reason we like Old Barn is it's always clean inside & out, the security gate always works, and the staff are businesslike but very pleasant as it should be. In addition, if your stay is longer than usual and nature calls you can always count on having a clean restroom at your disposal. We've referred family members and they too have had similar experiences. Sure beats other storage rental places we've used in the past. more

The couple that managed the storage were always eager to help out. The storage facility is always in excellent condition. It's always clean. They're very professional. If you want to make your move easier and need to store your belongings, definitely use Old Barn Self Storage for a positive experience. I highly recommend them. more

I have stored my things at Old Barn Self Storage three times over the last five years. The company runs a very good business and their pricing is very competitive. The environment is very secure and I never have to worry about leaving my belongings there. The staff treat you like family or a good friend and take care of your things accordingly. I highly recommend the services offered by Old Barn Self Storage. more

Very well run, well kept place. 6/1/2015

My biggest complaint is that I've had three rent increases in a year's time. I have been using them for five years. I don't get any consideration for being a long time customer, and I don't like that. It's no longer cost effective for me. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the management was excellent. The entrance key pad has always worked. The service was excellent. Everything else with them has been great. I recommend them. more
