AC unit wasn't blowing cold air. Honest Plumber tech provided quick service and got the unit up and running again. He did not try to sell us a new unit like another co. did.

I was charged $495 for a part that costs $150. I called to ask why a week ago. No answer yet ...

Pete and Matt stopped by to fix a leak in my water softener. They told me right away it was dead and not working. I suspected the same and I believed them. I wanted that thing gone. They stopped the leak, removed the water softener, and recommended a future solution with no pressure. They were polite and professional. I will most likely use them for my next water softener install. Great job you guys! more

Impressed with service 5/1/2012

Our toilets wouldn't flush so hubby tried a plunger and then drano and still there was a problem. A plumber showed us with a camera the cause of our grief it was the roots of trees. He showed us a written price to fix the problem, did the work and now toilets flush. Thank you HP for taking care of us. more

One call did it all 4/25/2012

First the water heater leaked all over the garage and into the closet. Obviously a new one was needed and then I go to turn on the air to get a good sleep and its not cooling down. A call to honest plumber and 2 techs arrive the very next morning. Both were very clean and professional and not the typical grungy service people one thinks of when thinking plumber. The plumber hauled away the old heater and tidied the garage. I will have the A/C serviced by them early next spring more

Emergency Air Conditioner Repair 4/25/2012

Last week was unbearable with the high heat and air conditioner not cooling. Honest Plumber air tech came out at the agreed upon time and had my unit up and cooling within the hour. Very imopressed with the service. more

Neighbor Referral 3/23/2012

Problems of divorce include contacting service people on my own. Thank you that neighbor lady was able to give me The Honest Plumber as a plumber to call. I was rattled anyway with water all over the garage and leaking into the closet and really needed a plumber I could trust. Andy and his assistant made me feel I was in good hands and took care of the replacement and mess so wonderfully. Best call I have made since contacting an attorney for a divorce. We had a drain problem causing backup into our shower. I called this morning and Honest Plumber was able to come out the same day . Andy was an extremely professional plumber and was able to fix the problem. He was also thorough in making sure everything was in working order before leaving. Not so Honest!!! 3/2/2012

The Honest Plumber replaced two water spigots for me 2 years ago. At that time they charged me $250. One of the spogots broke, and I called Honest Plumber back out to replace it (again). They wanted $361.00 dollars to replace a $8 part, and tried to sell me a new $2100 water softener. We called another company, and had the spigot replaced for $65, and it only took 10 min . Do not call Honest Plumbing. more

Fine Service 11/21/2011

I have used honest plumber twice now in the past 8 months. First time was to replace a toilet and today to unclog our kitchen drain. Each time the plumber arrived as was told, checked the problem and gave an estimate. Clean guys and I was pleased with the service. more

Cheats! Buyers beware 11/8/2011

Cheats! We called Honest Plumber to fix a pipe that was leaking. They wanted $250 to fix it. When we asked how long it would take and what would be the cost of the materials, they would not answer. We got a different plumber to fix it for $85. Took 30 mins and $10 in materials. Bottom line, if you don't want ""Honest Plumber"" to cheat you ask ""How long will it take and what will the materials cost?"" more

Their service was fast and professional. They were a little bit more than another bid that I had previously, but they were the quality that I had expected for the price. This guy pretty much detailed my bathroom for me after he was done cleaning a clog out through my bathtub drain. Hope I never have to call again, but if I do I will be glad its you coming out.
