AC unit wasn't blowing cold air. Honest Plumber tech provided quick service and got the unit up and running again. He did not try to sell us a new unit like another co. did.

Worst

I was charged $495 for a part that costs $150. I called to ask why a week ago. No answer yet ...

Unprofessional, untrustful, unreliable! Late for appointments, did not complete repair, overcharge, never got a refund as promised, \r Horrible customer service. Do you want to hear "" you annoy me! "" ? call them. more

mutliple problems 2/1/2008

They took advantage and gave an outrageous quote to someone who didn't know better. Had to be called back out twice to complete the job correctly. \r \r Asked to sign ""authorization of work"" line before ever filling out the invoice. \r \r Wont use again more
