AC unit wasn't blowing cold air. Honest Plumber tech provided quick service and got the unit up and running again. He did not try to sell us a new unit like another co. did.

I was charged $495 for a part that costs $150. I called to ask why a week ago. No answer yet ...

emergency service provided 10/17/2009

We had an emergency hot water heater issue the morning that we were leaving town for vacation. We frantically searched for a company to repair it before we left. Most companies were not able to send someone out right away. The Honest Plumber managed to fit us in - they worked around our schedule and were able to repair the problem immediately. In the future any plumbing issue that we have we will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Wonderful company and wonderful people. Very Impressive 10/13/2009

Not a plumbers-crack company. Clean, uniformed plumber arrived in a well-marked company van. Very professional in apprearance and nice plumber. Assisted me with problem-solving the clogged drains in the bathrooms and kitchen. He explained several options to me. I never felt pressured but instead felt he was there to help with clearing the line so family-life could get back to normal. I was given a very reasonable written price. No extra charge for nights 10/7/2009

There was no extra charge for night service. I wasnt looking forward to taking a cold shower. This company replaced my water heater at 11:00 at night. I didn't have to pay extra for this great service. Thank you Honest plumber for helping us. Pros: great service more

Will use them again 10/3/2009

Arrived on time, was efficient and clean. Diagnosed the clog and showed me the problem with a camera. I never felt pressured and was offered a great price to unclog the mainline. I will use the Honest plumber again Pros: Honest people more

Best Plumber Ever 9/30/2009

Every toilet and drain was backedup with no chance of draining. I tried to fix it myself using a snake with no luck. Honest Plumber came out after 7:00 PM to rescued me and the family. No extra charge for after hours and great service. Wife is a teacher and we got a discount. Pros: Rescued Us more

Best I've Found 9/28/2009

Wife put too much down garbage disposal and it became clogged, backed up both sinks and leaked all over kitchen floor. What a mess. Honest Plumber came out at night to clear the drain. Mark left the area cleaner than he found it. I will call them again. Pros: Reasonable price and fine service more

Great service with this company 9/28/2009

Our upstairs condo had a leak that the owner below told us about. I feared a very expensive repais -- ceiling being removed, looking at pipes and whtever else. Honest Plumber took a look and within seconds figured out the problem. No holes in the ceiling. He replaced something in the bath tub and calked it for me. Fast service and very honest. I was lucky as someone else would have charged me more saying it was worse than it was. Pros: Honest people more

Water Meter problem solved by them 9/10/2009

I had a water leak from the meter to my house. The city said I was responsible. First company gave me a price that was more than I was willing to pay. Honest Plumber gave me a reasonable, fair price. great service. Pros: resonable, fair price more

Great Plumber Service 9/9/2009

The shut off by the master toilet were not tightened down by the handymen that installed our toilet. As a result, the bathroom, bedroom, closet and hall were floded. Honest Plumber came out within 30 minutes of my call and replaced the angle stops, made sure everything was tight. He assured me I would not have the problem again. While there, I had him replace the kitchen sink faucet. Very reasonable in price. Nice guy. Pros: reasonable price, at my house within 30 minutes more

The HONEST PLUMBER is Sunday Service 8/30/2009

Coming home from church today, Sunday, our family found the water heater left water in the hallway, bedroom closet and garage floor. With a family of 4 children and all the laundry, bathing and dishes that require hot water, I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get help. The Honest Plumber immediately came out, did not charge me extra for a Sunday call, and replaced my water heater for a wonderful price. He even helped clean the mess in the garage and took away the old water heater. Very nice service at Honest Plumber. I highly recommend this company and want to share this with others. Honest Plumber is Honest 8/27/2009

Two other plumbers said I needed $4,500 to clear my mainline from the tree roots. Honest Plumber showed me where the problem was with their camera, gave me a written cost to repair the line that was way below the other 2 men, and cleared the line. Great Plumber 8/14/2009

My toilet and shower were clogged. Drano and a plunger didn't fix the problem. Honest Plumber came out within minutes of my emergency call and cleared the line. Nice plumber and very reasonable. Once Again, Great Service 8/12/2009

I have used Honest Plumber in the past, had them out again and experienced same great service. This time at a rental we own they replaced 2 toilets and unclogged a line that former tenants had purposely clogged up. Mark was the plumber both times and we requested him back. A-Bear Saves the Day 7/13/2009

After calling around town, looking for someone to give a free estimate, A-Bear answered!!! They sent a very friendly young man, Scott, who genuinely cared and wanted to help us. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, fixed it, and charged us a VERY FAIR PRICE! Red Rock Mechanical wanted to charge $91.00 just to make an appointment. Lord knows what they would have charged to fix it.\r There are so many businesses out there who are taking advantage of helpless people just because it is the middle of July. Thank goodness there are trustworthy companies out there like this one. I don't usually type reviews, so I hope this helps someone save the headache and sweat of hiring a different company. Great Service, Fair Price 1/2/2009

I called A-Bear after normal business hours. They not only answered their own phones (no answering service here) they came out late at night and took care of my emergency. I had sewage coming out of a sewer line due to a blockage. They were able to fix my problem at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you A-Bear, You saved our Christmas!! 1/2/2009

I would highly reccomend A-Bear Plumbing to everyone. On Christmas Eve, after picking up relatives from the airport, we arrived at our home only to find our basement was flooded. Our waterheater had bursted and was leaking everywhere. We called numerous companies from the phone book, of course no one was answering, we finally got ahold of a live person at A-Bear! Dave answered the phone and sent Jim out right away, Jim was very couteous and knowledable. He brought out a pump, pumped out the water, replaced the water heater, and set some floor fans to start drying out our carpet. On christmas day he called to check on us. WOW, to find such a company that cares! Here in Vegas?! Thank you A-Bear< You saved our Christmas!!! more
