We now have an excellent manager representing our HOA. Very responsive, communicative and good presentation skills. Till he came on board, I did not realize how bad the previous manager was. Additional community inspections would increase familiarity with the community. more

So far my experience has been top-notch and there is a line of communication. I usually get a response within 1-2 days. The issues are addressed, plans formed and implementation in a timely manner. more

I attended a half day seminar Helsing put on. Really, really informative. I think this company's ability to give good training and guidance to Boards far exceeds their competition. No wonder they are the fastest growing management company. more

Works To Solve My Issues 10/12/2011

Every time I call or email them for something. I get a customer feedback form sent to me. Customer Service is clearly their highest priority. The fact that their staff will work with me to solve my issues, or take the time to explain to me when I have a wrong assumption is a step above what I am used to. more

Stay With Helsing 10/3/2011

We replaced Helsing Group with a "" low cost vendor"" who promised the world. The new guys are nothing but clowns. Worse, we signed a one year contract! Stupid on our part. Then we find out the new guys also take kick-backs from our vendors. My advice, stay with Helsing!!! The grass is definitely not greener on the other side! more

I just got briefing on their internal controls. Awesome. The behind the scenes protections they have to protect our association(all the associations the manage, actually) from fraud are extensive. While not the low cost management company-they are the best value I have seen. more

Saved us 9/8/2011

We had a huge number of delinquent home(40%) going through foreclosure. The Helsing Group was very creative in wording our special assessment in a way that we could hold the banks accountable for the special assessment needed after they had foreclosed rather then having those home's special assessment extinguished through foreclosure. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars. more

I thought it would be impossible to reduce my mortgage because of the lawsuit going on right now for homeowners in general lowering the mortgage. This law firm helped me reduced it to half and now i am not living off of one paycheck after another. I could actually save now. Thanks to you guys. more

Amazing Work!! 8/22/2011

I am pleased that I associated with many law firms before I came here because I wouldn't have appreciated it as much. Compared to the other lawsuit they were not helpful or friendly but this place is a comfortable environment and they ease you if you're unsure about the case. They tell me upfront if the case isn't a high percentage of winning they would've told me from day 1 not try to lie there way. I love there honesty. Thank you for that. more
