found it interesting that Helsing has all these positive reviews on Insider pages, google, Citysearch all created about the same time by people who only leave positive reviews for all businesses they review... Looks like organized campaign which was created to counter all sour reviews on YELP. Now, I am the actual reviewer and I am currently a Board Member of the Association formally managed by this group. If you don't believe me, please check reviews on Yelp, and come to your own conclusion. Helsing gets his business from the new construction developers, so if the developer's job was unsatisfactory, Helsing will never, ever will bring it to the developer. Helsing goes thru property managers like they are disposable napkins. They don't get back to your emails or phone calls, they don't attend to the HOA needs and they will try to prevent you from switching to another company by threatening the Board with their legal lingo. It seems like Mr. Helsing lost his calling, he should have become a lawyer or a writer as he is dedicating far more time to publish his irrelevant newsletter with all irrelevant legal data that never applies to real life situation. Let me give you one example. I've contacted Helsing requesting a violation letter to the owner of the unit in regards to his tenants throwing heavy baseballs near parked cars on the parking lot. What I got back was a legal expose on the subject of kids playing without adult supervision and how we cannot discriminate them. So frustrating, they were not even kids... Thank you for reading.
