but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Every time I call or email them for something. I get a customer feedback form sent to me. Customer Service is clearly their highest priority. The fact that their staff will work with me to solve my issues, or take the time to explain to me when I have a wrong assumption is a step above what I am used to.
