Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

The people are always nice and friendly Please don't take this against them as they are following your policy.

Felt Rushed 6/29/2015

Although our Sales guy was great and not pushy, when it came to the Finance part we were told one thing and rushed through paperwork. My fault for not taking more time to read what was in front of me but overall cost exceeded what we had negotiated. more

Quality is fantastic, but costumer service needs serious improvement 6/29/2015

Took someone 10 minutes to have someone ask have I been helped. I watched workers walk right passed me as I am waiting to be helped. As of the workers do not know how to greet someone or ask a simple question, "have you been helped or can I help you" Othet than having workers not know how to communicate, my car runs fantastic!! more

Customer service beyond compare! 4/3/2015

Went in for regular service and recall repair. Was told could take all day. We were ready to wait. When your rep realized we lived 2 hrs away, he made sure all was done in less than 2 hours! Awesome! As always a great place to do business, recommend to all my friends and family. more

Took too long and minimal communication 3/20/2015

communication was limited and more than once I had to call to find out what was happening with my car. They had my car for 4 1/2 weeks luckily I had a 2nd car. more

Customer Service 3/18/2015

I brought my Ford Focus in for a warranty repair on the notoriously bad Focus transmission. Not surprisingly, I'm unhappy with the car, but was extremely pleased with the service I received. I was set up with a rental car, and the repairs were completely taken care of with no questions asked. I received timely updates throughout the process. -thanks more

incompence 3/18/2015

Ford kept my car for 5 days and failed to fix the problem. Your mechanic didn't even check the fault codes. I still my car fixed. The red light goes on every day and my transmission is still slipping. more

good customer service but...... 3/15/2015

First time buyer I was pressured didn't know anything. Felt like I got forced and ripped off. Over payed wasn't explained about much just rushed. Didn't feel like I got a deal at all. Then couple days later check engine light comes on a so called certified car. Just Felt used. more
