Excellent service 10/15/2015

I received excellent service during my last visit to The Ford Store in San Leandro California. I brought the car in for a recall notice. The car was ready for me at the time they told me it would be ready. The car was washed and clean and ready for me to take. They also checked the fluid levels and the brakes. My compliments for the service they provided. more

Horrible Service 10/6/2015

They held my car for over a week and a half, only called me once a half a week later to tell me they couldn't find the problem. I had to tell them again. Then they spent another week holding it and never called me. I had to call them on friday and ask what was going on with the car at which point they said it was completed. Got the car back and they hadn't fixed the issue and they broke my bluetooth in the car as well as the light for the shifter. I will be having to call them back to fix those problems and just hope they don't hold my car forever again more

Prompt and thorough, emergency Tow in, and they took care of it! 10/3/2015

Was at dinner late Friday night, get back to the car, and everything seems to work, but no crank. Have to tow....towed to SL Ford. Called the next morning....they had me out in two hours....just a battery. Was really happy with this! more
