Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

Service could have been better 7/31/2015

I went in to have a tire rotation and to check on replacing a defective trunk cover. The rotated the tires, but there was a problem with getting the trunk cover. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting to hear about a replacement. more

Good service, convenient timing 7/25/2015

They did all my service in a pretty timely manner, although it was crowded/busy when I was dropping off my car, and they originally said it would be an hour and a half, but when dropping off my car, I was told two hours. I was impressed that he checked for recalls and notified me of some upcoming ones, but they weren't able to do them that day (which is odd) so I will have to go back, just for those. more

I had an appointment for an oil change in the morning. When I got there they quoted it may be a longer wait than they had thought. Since I was waiting for my car, they finished the oil change faster than they quoted so I did not have to wait there long. more

Aftersales is poor 7/20/2015

The aftersales services are really poor. They told me to bring my car to ford dealership to have back up camera be placed, then they called me that they ordered a wrong part, but the worse thing is that they havent done any thing like placing the guidepoint, and it took until 3pm before they called me to pick up my car. The only good thing was that they offered me a service car. more

I Felt Valued 7/17/2015

Everyone treated me special this time. I was given prompt service, and then offered a shuttle ride home. I really appreciated that I didn't have to sit around trying to find something to do. And the shuttle driver was so courteous. I felt valued this time. more
