Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

The fella Dennis helping us was very friendly and very patience. When we found the car I wanted he sat down with us made conversation while we waited in the nice AC lobby (very hot day) for our paper work more

Best Sales Experience Ever 9/12/2015

Our salesperson, J.R., was the perfect balance of helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He knew how to treat us well and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our terms and vehicle 100%. I was really dreading buying/leasing a vehicle because we have had very uncomfortable, pushy sales people before. This was a very pleasant surprise, and J.R.'s service was ultimately the reason we went with Ford Store, San Leandro and bought our Ford Fusion. more
