Zero stars. The service department does not treat all customers equally. As a customer you have to seek out information about the status of your vehicle and follow up when your vehicle isn't ready when promised. When your vehicle is ready you have to ask what exactly was done and if there are any recommendations for the future. The staff is not proactive in providing information. They are not interested in you as a customer - they just want you to sign your paperwork and get off the lot so they can get as many customers through as possible.
