After 5 happy years driving our 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid, we went in for our last servicing (as part of our service play we paid for at purchase) this past week and were very impressed by the service staff, especially Phillip in the tires, who was tremendously helpful in getting new tires (as we were at the 60,000 mile mark).
