Wonderful job the first couple of times they came, after that it has dropped off. Times and dates are inconsistent and the team is always different. Each time they come they do not complete the entire checklist even though they say they do. The cleaning that they do is usually sloppy. I pay the total bill plus a tip which I am regretting now. Thinking of hiring someone else. more

I was so excited when I meet with the cleaning authority, they listed everything I would need cleaned and more I loved there schedule. Too bad when they came for the first initial deep clean it was less than satisfactory. There were still cobwebs, dust and definitely not up to par. Well since it was a Friday they couldn't come out until Monday to see if it was terrible. So Monday they come and agree that the cleaning was not acceptable. Tues they came back to make it right....I left a list of areas that were not acceptable....oh yeah they did some of those but not all it is still terrible. If you are going to make it right how about you re-clean and actually make it right! I will find someone who will actually clean the house! more

Sad but we've had them for about a year. Periodically the cleaning barely looked like they even cared and lately it was useless (they actually make moreof a mess pushing dirt around). Cannot recommend but if you do watch your stuff closely. more

Amazing service for over 3 years! I love coming home to a clean house that I didn't have to clean! I am particular about my bathrooms and they are always fresh and clean after the team leaves. My last service would not show up when they said and I could never get calls back if I needed something. I can call this company or e-mail them if I have a question or need to reschedule a clean and they are just so accomodating. I have recommended this service to my friends and neighbors and they have thanked me for letting them know. I love my team and I am extremely happy with my service. I love the package plan rotation system and they clean an area of my home in extra detail on every clean. They even leave a full list of the extras and they gave me a list of everything they do for every clean! I know what to expect on every visit and they really do a great job. The prices are really reasonable too for all the stuff they do. I just can't imagine trying to manage without them. They have freed up my time on the weekends and I now spend it doing things I like instead of the obligatory household cleaning every Saturday. Highly recommended! I was soooo pleased with my clean I had that I have decided to hire this service on a regular basis. The team was friendly and the inspector that stopped by to check on the clean was wonderful! We did a walk through of the home and my Chritmas Eve party was worry free for me! Thank you for a great service and a job well done. more

During the sales process they talk about a consistent team to clean your house, but it changes every week. Obvious damage was done to our house and yet the cleaners ""forgot"" to mention it during their report. Management didn't make an offer on how they could satisfy the situation, and the cleaning team offered no appology at the next cleaning. Final straw was a missed cleaning just prior to Christmas. A call was made in the morning to say the team forgot to bring the key to the house, yet no other efforts were made during the day to get the team to the house. When I arrived home at 6:30pm and returned their call they said that the earliest they could get a team out was the following Wednesday. This was unacceptable as several people were coming to our house for Christmas. They offered no other solutions, and to this point the manager has not returned my call regarding the service issues. more

I have used the Cleaning Authority for 2 years now. They have been dependable and flexible. I have always gotten a call back if I have any changes or problems. And they have always responded in a timely manner. I would feel comfortable recommending them to friends. more

Do not show up to scheduled appointments on time. Do not return phone calls. Lack of care exercised by cleaners. Stated to me that they have over 400 customers and are too busy to take care of all of them. When calling with problems they were never addressed on future visits. Cleaning the soap dish in the bathroom is considered an accesory clean and is not cleaned on every visit. I stated I would pay extra for this service. Still never done.
