Do not show up to scheduled appointments on time. Do not return phone calls. Lack of care exercised by cleaners. Stated to me that they have over 400 customers and are too busy to take care of all of them. When calling with problems they were never addressed on future visits. Cleaning the soap dish in the bathroom is considered an accesory clean and is not cleaned on every visit. I stated I would pay extra for this service. Still never done.
