During the sales process they talk about a consistent team to clean your house, but it changes every week. Obvious damage was done to our house and yet the cleaners ""forgot"" to mention it during their report. Management didn't make an offer on how they could satisfy the situation, and the cleaning team offered no appology at the next cleaning. Final straw was a missed cleaning just prior to Christmas. A call was made in the morning to say the team forgot to bring the key to the house, yet no other efforts were made during the day to get the team to the house. When I arrived home at 6:30pm and returned their call they said that the earliest they could get a team out was the following Wednesday. This was unacceptable as several people were coming to our house for Christmas. They offered no other solutions, and to this point the manager has not returned my call regarding the service issues.
