I have been taking my dog here for a while. The staff is AWESOME! My husky mix Blu loves this place and gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. For a dog with a tremendous amount of energy it's fantastic to see her tired out when I pick her up. I highly recommend it to anyone. more

I have a 5 month old puppy named Gabby that just loves coming here for day care. We don't go everyday only because we have someone at home, but this has been a great way to get her socialized, give her some fun play time and give us (as well as my 14 year old min pin) a break here and there! I can't say enough about how nice the facilities and staff are. Gabby is one happy puppy every time she sees she is going in and always happy when I pick her up. I highly recommend it and in fact am bringing both my dogs for a 2 week stay at christmas as we travel. more

I brought my two Shiba Inus in for both grooming and daycare. They came out fluffy smelling good and happy. The staff was great friendly and very aware of our dogs specific needs. I will continue to bring my dogs for their special play time more

Love this place, my dog is always excited to go, and is tired when he comes home! They take great care of him, and with the swimming pools and indoor and outdoor play areas, no matter what the weather, the dogs can get a great day of exercise and play! more

I feel so blessed to have discovered the ""Canine Club and Spa"" for my spoiled black lab, Daise. I take her there as a 'treat' every couple of weeks, so she can get some playtime and pooltime with other pups. The staff is very friendly, and I always enjoy going in no matter if I am dropping Daise off or picking her up. You also cannot beat the prices! Grooming, Daycare and Boarding are all such great deals! more

We bring our dog to the Canine Club as a treat every couple of weeks. She loves it there and the staff is extremely friendly. The added bonus is that she's exhausted from all of the excitement. We're very happy to have such a great place to take her. more

I bring my dog Axel to Canine Club often and he gets excited when we pull into the parking lot!!! He loves the pool! The staff is great and love the dogs! I have boarded Axel here and have been very happy. It's a nice feeling leaving him and knowing that he is well taken care of!! more

Great place! Clean, friendly, excellent pricing. Staff really cares about the dogs. Two outdoor and one indoor pool, outdoor and indoor play areas. The cat kennel is super cute. My dog sleeps for two days afterwards! I also like their daily Facebook photo updates. more

I take my dog Sophia to Canine Club & Spa for doggie day care and for grooming from time to time. Sophia is always very excited to go when I say, ""lets go to doggie day care."" It is nice to feel assured that she is going to have a good time while I am away. The staff is very friendly and the facility has lots of areas for dogs to play. They are also very reasonable for the cost of services. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Take my dog Kinston here every week. On the off chance I don't get to take him he isn't as happy. I highly recommend trying Canine Club if you live in the south west metro. more

I bring Lola for her grooming to the canine club. The girl that trims her does a great job. They are usually very timely although they only do morning appointment times but that works out great for me. They can always accommodate my schedule and keep her longer if needed. She also smells great for weeks. more

We adopted a dog that was about 2 years old from an abusive situation. We visited the Canine Club & Spa, explained the situation, and were assured they would treat our dog very well, and we were assured by the pet cam. From the very first daycare day at the Canine Club & Spa, our dog had an odor when we picked him up, and not being familiar with doggy daycares, thought this was how it was. Eventually, our dog contracted kennel cough, and in fact, contracted kennel cough 3 times in the 2 months he was at the Canine Club & Spa. Now, I know you are saying to yourself that the kennel cough vaccine is like the flu shot for humans--they can't catch all the strains. I said the same thing to the vet who, after the 3rd round of kennel cough, asked where my dog was being daycared. I said the Canine Club & Spa and she said she had 4 other dogs from the same daycare in with kennel cough. She said for this kind of thing to be happening, for so many cases and such severe cases, the Canine Club & Spa isn't taking health and hygiene standards seriously that they could be doing. Finally, the vet said she would not take her dog there--that's good enough for me. My dogs last case of kennel cough had him vomitting every 15 minutes for 11 hours, and had he not been a young dog, it most likely would have killed him, according to the vet. He is now at a different daycare, is doing wonderfully, doesn't smell when I pick him up, and the most telling of all, NO KENNEL COUGH EVER for the year he has been there. I also explained to the Canine Club & Spa why I was removing my dog. Your pet is your pet, and I'm sure the choices you make are loving ones for your pet, but I will never take my dog to the Canine Club & Spa again and risk him contracting anything. more

I love the club! it is great and my pup loves the pool! He wont go in the lake but he apparently loves the pool! They are constantly posting pictures on their Facebook. It is super clean and looks really classy inside. The girls up front are really nice and the staff seems to be great too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! more

We brought our 11year old dog here for the first time and she loved it. When you walk in you are greeted like it is a hotel. There is no smell and no crazy jumping animals greeting you at the door. I have been to other facilities where there are dogs everywhere from the minute you step in the door and it is a bit overwhelming. Our dog came home tired after 4 days of playing and swimming. The best treat was when we picked her up...she had been bathed and her toe nails clipped.... Amazing place! more

I have given this company many chances to change my opinion of them, but my last experience will be my last visit there. I used the Canine Club for dog grooming because I have been able to get weekend appointments and it was close to home. I always schedule an appointment based on my dog not having to wait long for service to start & when pick up time would be. Not once has my dog been ready when they say, which usually messes up other plans that i have. On one occassion my dog was there for 2 hours before they called to tell me that the groomer wasn't coming in that day after all!! The final straw was when i called after 4.5 hours to see if i could pick up my dog (thinking they forgot to call me when they were done) only to be told that they hadn't started yet and it would be another 2.5-3 hours. They told me that's what happens when you don't have an appointment, which i did have. i told them to not even start because I was coming to get my dog. When I got there and asked for my dog, there was no apology or anything; they basicially said, here's your dog. This is a stressful situation for my dog and I try my hardest to make it as quick as possible, which is hard to do when the business tells you one thing to get your business and then just does what they please once they have it....totally unacceptable. more

This boarding facility has been known by local veterinarians to board visibly coughing dogs. The vets call the facility to inform them and over the past 2 years nothing has been done by the facility to improve the situation. Bordetella (kennel cough) is VERY contagious and this place needs to close to completely sanitize to stop the spread of this. more

If you are searching for a dog daycare or boarding place; give this place a try. I was sold after taking a tour. It is hands down the best looking kennel in the area. five star facility and staff was very friendly too. I have a 1 year old retriever who loves to swim and this place even has an indoor pool. AWESOME more

My dogs love playing there for daycare. When we travel and can not bring the boys with the Canine Club & Spa is the first place we call. more
