I have given this company many chances to change my opinion of them, but my last experience will be my last visit there.
I used the Canine Club for dog grooming because I have been able to get weekend appointments and it was close to home. I always schedule an appointment based on my dog not having to wait long for service to start & when pick up time would be. Not once has my dog been ready when they say, which usually messes up other plans that i have.
On one occassion my dog was there for 2 hours before they called to tell me that the groomer wasn't coming in that day after all!!
The final straw was when i called after 4.5 hours to see if i could pick up my dog (thinking they forgot to call me when they were done) only to be told that they hadn't started yet and it would be another 2.5-3 hours. They told me that's what happens when you don't have an appointment, which i did have. i told them to not even start because I was coming to get my dog.
When I got there and asked for my dog, there was no apology or anything; they basicially said, here's your dog.
This is a stressful situation for my dog and I try my hardest to make it as quick as possible, which is hard to do when the business tells you one thing to get your business and then just does what they please once they have it....totally unacceptable.
