Great Customer Service 8/17/2011

Your office contacted me this week to ask how my plumbing was handled. I found out that you recognize employees that go beyond the call of duty. Andrew is one of them. Andrew had an opening and asked if he could come early which made me happy that he could. He also brought my mail and even put the trash can next to my garage when he went for his tools. This is more than 100% customer service. I will use your company again if anything else goes wrong. more

Excellent service 7/21/2011

Once again their staff provided me with excellent service during my kitchen renovation project. I met with Tim, of their management staff, to coordinate the sink plumbing aspect and showed him the plans and what I had envisioned for the final project. His expert advice from what the company would provide and explanation of having a new disposal installed was greatly appreciated. He took the initiative and scheduled the on site tech time. A fine tuned operation they have where folks know what is going on. more

Professional, honest, efficient 7/14/2011

We have used Will Fix It services for the past 6 years and have been very satisfied. For the past 2-3 years we have had the same technician service our A/C. He has been extremely professional, honest, courteous and efficient. For this reason we recommend WFI to all our friends and associates. This review is to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for the integrity and work performed by one of their workers, Eloy. I first met Eloy in August 2010 when he was the technician responding to an emergency call for water bubbling up from the foundation in my garage. He swiftly and accurately diagnosed the location and cause of the water leaks and listened intently as I explained the chronology of events of unresolved plumbing leaks I had been experiencing since March 2010...as well as my struggles with USAA. Eloy spoke directly to the claims adjuster for USAA and made himself 100% available to me by cell phone for any and all questions or concerns that I might have. more

I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience I had dealing with your serviceman. I had some company in for Thanksgiving that complained about my water pressure in the guest bathroom so I called on you. Your secretary sent out an expert to my house that analyzed the problem and gave me a workable solution. I was going to cost me but he worked out a plan that I could work with and all was taken care of within two days. I expect my family back for Christmas and they are going to be so pleased to see the problem corrected. Thank you for having good workers around to help all of us. more

I just wanted to commend you on the work and customer service your plumbers showed me recently. I had a situation that looked to be a simple slab leak and eventually led to more complicated problems after the initial inspection. Each time we ran into a ""road block"", your plumber explained everything to me in detail. He answered any question thoroughly and honestly each step of the way and even helped me in getting answers from our insurance. Thank you so much! more

There's a reason these guys are known as the best. WILL FIX IT RESCUE ROOTER know what they are doing and won't screw around with you.I had a brand new AC unit installed by these guys and they also serviced my ancient furnace. I'd highly recommend them to everyone. more

We appreciate your service to our home, after I had called Sears, who did not know what they were doing! Your technician, Manuel, diagnosed the problem immediately, without choking results,of the problem or the dollar amount! I appreciate a company that is HONEST!!! Courteous, Professional, and Timely. The technician showed up within 5 min of when they said he would be here. He examined the two problems that I had called about and showed me how to save money fixing the problem myself (minor monthly maintenance problems), and he then examined the water heater and various other plumbing systems in my house and gave me a rundown of the overall status of my house's plumbing... all for free. I will definitely be calling Will Fix It in the future for all my plumbing problems. more

Impressive! 6/13/2011

Normally I wouldn't write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. My mom called Willfixit for a drain that kept stopping up. They came out and gave her a bid to replace the sewer pipe underground. After calling around to check the price I found they were in line with others. The service was exceptional, they explained everything and even showed us the before and after with a camera they ran down the line. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Even the city inspector said this was a good company. more

WILL' FIX IT NOT TO BAD 1/21/2011

I received a call awhile back, which as wasn't to fond of, explaining that ""will fix it"" would be in my subdivision. I was extremely turned off by the cold call itself, because it turned out that it wasn't really truthful. Although the gentleman i spoke with(john or josh, i can't remember) was quite pleasant and and made me laugh at the fact that he knew he was cold calling and giving me a sales pitch( a pretty good one at that). I felt comfortable with a maintence they were offering so i said, what the heck. The ac/heater guy was on time and very polite. He actually walk me through the whole exam. It was only until he tried to sell me something that I again became turned off. All in all, I was pleased with the service and courtesy of the employees i dealt with. especially the fact that I was told to have a ""BLESSED"" day after the person(john or josh) had already sold me. Thank you. more
