This review is to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for the integrity and work performed by one of their workers, Eloy. I first met Eloy in August 2010 when he was the technician responding to an emergency call for water bubbling up from the foundation in my garage. He swiftly and accurately diagnosed the location and cause of the water leaks and listened intently as I explained the chronology of events of unresolved plumbing leaks I had been experiencing since March 2010...as well as my struggles with USAA. Eloy spoke directly to the claims adjuster for USAA and made himself 100% available to me by cell phone for any and all questions or concerns that I might have.
