Jason is always willing to go the extra mile to get things right- especially when it is a difficult issue. i had some problems with the turbos on the touareg and they went to bat for me and covered everything with VW. it was a complex problem that took time to diagnose. Marrat took the time to fix it correctly and completely while keeping me informed during the process. They even texted me regarding the updates on my car while it was in process. if you want a dealer that you can trust- yes hard to believe- call Autobarn VW in Evanston. i would highly recommend the dealership. I've owned many high end european brands and the best service i have gotten is from Autobarn in Evanston more
