I have been a customer of Autobarn for several years and have always found the service staff and mechanics to be first rate. i own a GTI and a Touareg TDI. Jason is always willing to go the extra mile to get things right- especially when it is a difficult issue. i had some problems with the turbos on the touareg and they went to bat for me and covered everything with VW. it was a complex problem that took time to diagnose. Marrat took the time to fix it correctly and completely while keeping me informed during the process. They even texted me regarding the updates on my car while it was in process. if you want a dealer that you can trust- yes hard to believe- call Autobarn VW in Evanston. i would highly recommend the dealership.
