True to their word 4/6/2011

Service Dept. Ppl. are always nice & understanding, with a nice large place to wait with TV and snacks while your car gets worked on. Sure I have always come well versed with Internet info. and trade in values etc, But once you strike a deal these guys remain true to their word, and make you feel at home. At least more than I ever felt in other dealerships for sure. more

First I Love Mazdas... (I own M6Touring) ) & These guys have a large selection of them... serviceing the North side of Chicago Etc... I have bought 3 Cars from them over the years... I like them besides their product (4th one owned) because the Sales & Support staff there has always been Just & courtious. more

Jim is the The Man 4/1/2011

With the added work that needed to be done to my car, I just couldn't afford the extra time to lounge in Autobarn's rather nice ""Mazda Cafe"". Since Jim is the The Man, he cut me loose with a FREE rental car for the day so I could get back to the city to do my thing. How nice is that?! He said it was the least he could do, since I was dropping mad cash on my car. So true. He even threw in a few discounts on the other services I needed! more

Autobarn has a really nice waiting area, fyi with refreshments, tv and computers to check your e-mail. Yes it's a little pricey but I'll pay the extra for great service and knowledge on my car. more

Informative, professional and friendly. 3/28/2011

I called to check on a vehicle that I saw online. My husband and I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We called the dealership and Andre Jennings answered my call. He confirmed that the vehicle was in stock. We test drove the vehicle however I was looking for more amenities so Andre pointed out the 2011 Mazda CX9 which I instantly fell in love with. I had a set budget on the purchase so Andre and Mike work diligently to meet my budget. We closed the dealership down finalizing the deal but it was truly worth it. Andre, Mike and Tony (finance) were informative, professional and friendly. They made out visit worthwhile. Thank you. more

We weren't looking forward to buying a car because we don't enjoy haggling nor do we like dealing with pushy salesmen. Autobarn made the experience a lot less painful 3/11/2011

My little Sixie turned 30k this year, and we all know what that means- a boatload of expensive upgrades! Even though I had to hand over both my arm and my leg, Autobarn made the experience a lot less painful, and even threw in a few perks for me. more

The best car buying experience ever. 3/9/2011

The best car buying experience ever. I wanted to thank Eric Drew from The Autobarn Mazda for making car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I was buynig a 2010 pre-owned Mazda CX-9, and let me tell you I was not the easiest customer to deal with. Eric was very patient with me, listened, and did his best to give me the best deal possible. I've been driving my new car just for 2 days now and I love it. Even though I was at the dealer's for over 5 hours, it was a very pleasant experience with Eric's enjoyable sense of humor. Overall, Eric's proessional attitude towards things helped me pick the car that fits my family needs. If you want to buy a Mazda, ask for Eric!! more

They have a great lounge on the second floor 3/7/2011

They have a great lounge on the second floor with free coffee (all kinds of it) a gint slot car track, XBox 360, and free internet.  No more sitting on a dirty chair in a cramped office. more
