Do not trust this company!! How can you trust a company that flat out refuses to give written estimate for their products. The sale person stated would not give written estimate, estimate was useless to them. Again wanted to know how much $$ we wanted to spend. He stated that once we signed a contract then would go over the options and cost. This salesman did not even bring out one single piece of paper, brochure or sample. Once we ask the salesman to leave the salesman made the comment that "Their company is large enough that they pick the customer ,not the customer pick them". I did call to report this vendor to the local news channel that is allowing them to air their product. Pros: NONE! Cons: Not trustworthy more

Had 16 triple pane windows installed. TN Thermal did a fantastic job. Got a total of 4 estimates. TN Thermal was the best price for triple pane windows.The windows have really made a difference in my home. I would highly recommend TN Thermal. Pros: Price Quality Installation and product Cons: none more

My gut told me not to buy windows from these sleeze bags, but for some reason I did it anyway. We contracted for the windows in November of 2007. It is July 2008 and are still waiting to get what we contracted. They installed 2 of the 12 windows which were NOT what we paid for. (double pane versus triple pane) We have been very patient with them to make it right, but they are about to go to small claims court. It was also in our contract to get a $100 gas card that they tried to not give us. They did end up giving us a $100 check instead after much debate. We were able to get them down to $6,000 for 12 windows which is still WAY to much for the service you receive. I give them zero stars! Pros: They do seem to sell good windows that keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer. Cons: Sales person was rude, they didn't provide what was on the contract, it has taken 8 months to make it right, product is VERY expensive. more

They told me my windows would have a lifetime warranty on stress cracks,but when I called them on one ,they said the warranty had ran out. So , do NOT take these people at their word. And, altho ,the subcontractors who worked for them on my home were very cordial and did a good job,...........the company itself does NOT keep their word and for the money they charged ,it would be easier for them to give a replacement sash than to be bad-mouthed . I do NOT have anything good to say about them ,either. I paid over 9,000 dollars for 20 windows. Several small ,two EXTREMELY small and a picture window. And I haven't noticed a reduction in my heating and air cost,either. Pros: had good subcontractors Cons: did not hold up to thier warranty and value of product more

I called Tn. Thermal and advised the lady at the 800 #I wanted an estimate for 12 windows on my home and set an appt. time. The rep. was an hour late but traffic problems were understandable. I again stated the type of window I wanted, double hung with the window grids and E glass. He kept talking about how good his company was and finally I requested that he give me an estimate. He then wanted to know how much I wanted to spend and he could then give me an estimate. I laughingly said I would like to spend about $1.00 per window but wanted HIS estimate for the exact window I requested. I knew the type of window I want. He REFUSED to give me an estimate unless I told him how much I wanted to spend!!! I guess you could divide whatever amount by 12 windows and that's what they would cost each!. After I again requested he give me a written estimate, he refused again and quickly left in a huff. It was so ridiculous, I was laughing as he left my home! I have never in my life called a company for an estimate and they sent someone out that REFUSED to give one. That is my first and LAST dealings with this Company!. I 'm hopeful the person writing the other review was not treated the same way- spending over $8000 for 11 windows. Pros: NONE-Couldn't get an estimate to consider more

I will say it's my own fault for not doing my homework better but that said I bought what they claim to be the very best window available on the market and you can believe at $8600 for 11 windows I expected them to be. My electric bills are higher than before I got these windows.(I can prove it.) The installers not only left blinds not put back up claiming the window areas had to dry and that they didn't have time to wait or come back but they lost the hardware. And I guess you have to spend more than I did for anyone at Tennessee Thermo to care enough to call and check their "Sub-contractors" work or their customers satifaction. I can feel cool air as I sit at my desk 3 ft. away from my den window. I'd urge anyone to do their homework better than I did and my urging would be to pass on this company...........I wish I had!
