They told me my windows would have a lifetime warranty on stress cracks,but when I called them on one ,they said the warranty had ran out. So , do NOT take these people at their word. And, altho ,the subcontractors who worked for them on my home were very cordial and did a good job,...........the company itself does NOT keep their word and for the money they charged ,it would be easier for them to give a replacement sash than to be bad-mouthed . I do NOT have anything good to say about them ,either. I paid over 9,000 dollars for 20 windows. Several small ,two EXTREMELY small and a picture window. And I haven't noticed a reduction in my heating and air cost,either.
Pros: had good subcontractors
Cons: did not hold up to thier warranty and value of product
