CONSUMER BEWARE...THIS GUY IS A TOTAL SNAKE AND CON ARTIST. I have never written a negative review before but I have no choice after Danny who works with Teletron Inc absolutely ripped off my parents. He came to fix a 2 year old Samsung TV , him and his partner ""diagnosed"" the problem as being a power surge to the CPU processor board. He said he would need to replace the part and would require $150 deposit of the total $350 to order the part as he didn't have the $$ in his account to cover it. That should of been warning enough that we were dealing with a total parasite. He took the $150 and the ""bad"" CPU board and guess what.....hasn't returned for over 3 weeks. First he would not answer any calls than we called him from a different number and he picked up and apologized saying he would return the $$ and part soon since he was not able to find a new part. Guess what he went totally MIA again...got him on the phone this morning and he said he would ""definitely"" be by today @ 4pm....of course he never showed. He took the part and $$$ and left us with no TV for almost a month. Do yourself and favor and get someone you can trust and skip this snake to avoid the nightmare we are in now. I have to believe all they put up all of these positive reviews themselves. What an absolute POS!!!! more

Brought my laptop in with possible virus problem, and felt a little leery in the beginning. It's a small shop with a lot of stuff in it. Being that i found them online, did not know what to thinks of it. I was pleasantly surprised with a phone call about an hour later. Gave me a very decent price and fast turnaround. Computer runs great. Recommend!!! more

On July 11th I've had a pleasure to get in contact with people at teletron. My toshiba laptop was trowing a fit and i need it to run and i needed also all my files, since some were not backed up. Well to make long story short, my laptop was fixed in less than three hours, with new drive and my data recovered. They saved my day and more. Phenomenal! Pros: Exelent service more

Called this service to have my television repaired. I have a 1998 50"" Pioneer plasma display. After i described the type of set that i have, a person on the phone said he call me right back. Few minutes later they call me back and said that i should not waste my money. since parts are not available. I was still skeptical so i called Pioneer and they said the same thing. My laptop has gotten to a point that it became unusable. I have brought it in to a place on foster ave. Place itself is small old place, not much to look at, but I decided to take a chance. I left my laptop and about 4 hours later received a call with an estimate. Some software related issue, but what do I know. Price was $129 plus tax. I do not know if it's a right price. Computer was repaired the next day and seems to be working OK. Overall service was friendly, but somewhat dry. Just my perception. Would I recommend? Probably. Pros: Prompt more

I have a very old projection television that went bad. It has a very sentimental value for me and a decided to repair it. I have called few places to get some sort of feel of what can be done and was very surprised when someone at teletron tried to persuade me not waste my money on something that is obsolete. At first i was upset and called someone else. Well they charged me $80 to figure out whats wrong only to tell me that tv is obsolete and parts are no longer available. Only then i realized, that people at teletron were telling me all along. They could have charged me as well but did not. It is possible that there is still some honest businessman still out there. Last week I called teletron from a business card i have found a while back in my mailbox. Usually I never make any cold calls. I prefer to deal with business that some of my friends or family had used previously. But any anyone I knew could not provide me with a service they liked. There is always some kind of ....but. So here I am calling people without a clue who they are. Well... guy that answered my call was a very clear on how they do business, so I decided to give it a try. I pick-up person was at my door in less than two hours. I had an estimate on what it would cost by 5 pm the same day. My data was backed up and re-installed. on my new hd and unit was returned back by following afternoon. My Dell PC was picked up this Monday. At first I thought I've made a mistake calling those guys, because they promised to be at my place between 10 and 12 in the morning, but only showed up close to 1 pm. But after this everything went up the hill. They called me back in less than 2 hours with a price. Actually price was something I was very happy about. Recently I have found a flier that advertised computer and electronic services. My Compaq computer needed some service, but I was hesitant to use someone I did not know at first. I decided to take a gamble and called those guys. The person on the phone was very professional, my computer was picked up the same day. About 3 hours later they called me back with an diagnosed price. It was delivered following morning. Great professional service.
