CONSUMER BEWARE...THIS GUY IS A TOTAL SNAKE AND CON ARTIST. I have never written a negative review before but I have no choice after Danny who works with Teletron Inc absolutely ripped off my parents. He came to fix a 2 year old Samsung TV , him and his partner ""diagnosed"" the problem as being a power surge to the CPU processor board. He said he would need to replace the part and would require $150 deposit of the total $350 to order the part as he didn't have the $$ in his account to cover it. That should of been warning enough that we were dealing with a total parasite. He took the $150 and the ""bad"" CPU board and guess what.....hasn't returned for over 3 weeks. First he would not answer any calls than we called him from a different number and he picked up and apologized saying he would return the $$ and part soon since he was not able to find a new part. Guess what he went totally MIA again...got him on the phone this morning and he said he would ""definitely"" be by today @ 4pm....of course he never showed. He took the part and $$$ and left us with no TV for almost a month. Do yourself and favor and get someone you can trust and skip this snake to avoid the nightmare we are in now. I have to believe all they put up all of these positive reviews themselves. What an absolute POS!!!!
