Last week I called teletron from a business card i have found a while back in my mailbox. Usually I never make any cold calls. I prefer to deal with business that some of my friends or family had used previously. But any anyone I knew could not provide me with a service they liked. There is always some kind of ....but. So here I am calling people without a clue who they are. Well... guy that answered my call was a very clear on how they do business, so I decided to give it a try. I pick-up person was at my door in less than two hours. I had an estimate on what it would cost by 5 pm the same day. My data was backed up and re-installed. on my new hd and unit was returned back by following afternoon. I can only share my experience, so still use your judgment, but I have had a good experience with those guys
