Review content:
Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor removed my old carpet and replaced it throughout the house. They did a great job. The carpet wasn't right after the installation, so they sent out another installation crew and redid the whole house, no questions asked and free of charge. They just wanted to make sure we were happy.
Their representative came out and wanted to make everything right. She was very pleasant and did a terrific job in getting what we wanted. The installation group they sent out was professional, very friendly, and did an incredible job. They arrived on time and went above and beyond. During the 3-4 days they were at my house, they became part of the family. They treated it like it was their home instead of just a customer's. I am extremely happy with the turn out and I've already recommended them.
Kathy helped me select the carpet and the price was great. In this day and age where there's a lack of customer service, I very much appreciated that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. She personally came out to check everything and then followed up afterward. I wish every place was like them.
