Excellent job. 11/17/2016

I went to Floors To Go because I wanted vinyl planks in my house in every room, except for 2 bedrooms. That includes my foyer, living room, den, master bedroom, kitchen, and washroom. There are no transitions in my house, so when we use a steam vacuum, or a steam mop, there are no bumps. That's why we got the vinyl planks. The pricing for the flooring was really great. The installation crew was real professional. If they had any questions, or weren't sure about something, they came right to me and asked. Real good communication. They were wonderful to work with. I have a wrought fireplace and I thought it was going to be really hard to cut the planks for it. They had no problem doing it. The flooring around it looks amazing. I am really happy with the job they did. more

We chose Floors To Go because they had a fantastic 70% off sale in September for Labor Day. We bought luxury vinyl from them, which came with a lifetime warranty. We had them install the vinyl in two bedrooms. The crew showed up on time, and were very friendly. Real professionals. I would recommend them to others. They had to move the furniture in one of the bedrooms because there was some water damage. They didn't even mind. more

Very Good Results 11/9/2016

I have used Floors To Go a couple of times. The first time I got a new back splash tile and most recently I had granite installed on top of the counter tops and I had new carpet put down. For both occasions the results were very good. The technicians were professional and prompt. Their showroom has a lot of product. Prices are competitive. more

Very friendly, good work 11/8/2016

This was the first time we worked with Floors To Go. They did a good job getting the old carpet out and putting in the new wood floors. The workers were friendly. I can't think of anything they could improve. It took a good while but it was a lot of work after all. The price was high but I'd say it was worth it. I'm an old guy so I'm just not used to these new prices for everything. The install was great, they sent a good man out here. It's gonna be a little different this winter on my feet with the wood floors, but it sure looks good! more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor has a high level of expertise. They have great quality service. The installation and sales people were good. They were excellent from start to finish. The sales person was friendly and conscious of my budget. The installers were on time and worked fast and clean. There was no damage done by them. This was my first time using them, but I would definitely use them again. more

Extremely happy with the service. 6/22/2016

I originally purchased the carpet from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor in October of last year and I noticed some threads were coming up so I called them to see what they could do. He followed up right away with me and came out the next morning to get everything corrected. I was so happy with the service, they were very professional, I would recommend them anytime, and I plan on using them again in the future. more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor was very good. We had new hardwood floors and also carpet installation done and the installation went very smoothly. The transaction, everything went without a hitch. The crew that came out to do the work was very professional and they took their time to make sure everything was correct. They took the time to come by and check in and make sure that everything was going great with the installation. They had great communication and were always on top of it to make sure everything was going great. more

Fantastic 6/16/2016

We've used Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor twice now, once with my in-laws, and once for ourselves. Originally we were going to go another route the second time, but we decided we would rather pay a little more to use Abbey. I like that when they came out, they measured quickly. They were able to quote me exactly down to the penny based on which flooring I picked. It made it so much easier to know exactly how much money we would be spending for each different type of floor. They have always been polite and professional with me, even when it came to the installers. We had a different set of installers each time we used Abbey, and both were good. Everything looks amazing. The two times that we used them it was quick, it didn't take long and it just made it look like a brand new home. They did a wonderful job. more

Quality installation 5/9/2016

Floors To Go did exactly what they said, and they were very clean and courteous. They installed my whole basement floor and there were no problems with the quality of their work. They took the carpet in the basement out and replaced it with laminate wood flooring. When I went down to look, I didn't have to do anything because they cleaned up. The new floor was like showroom quality. I like the quality of Floors To Go's work and it was my first time using them. I also think their price was in line and don't think they overcharged. I got quality work and worksmanship from them. more

They really took care of us 4/26/2016

We recently got some new flooring from the folks over at Floors To Go and we are really happy with how everything turned out. These guys really took care of us and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. They provided everything we needed for our floors to look great. The whole process was just so smooth and pleasant and our floors really do look amazing. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I know that if we ever need anything else done flooring wise, we will definitely be coming back to the folks over at Floors To Go! more

I already have recommended Floors To Go to a few people. The contractor put in new granite counter tops, they showed up on time, the crew that came and measured was the same crew that did the installation and they were highly trained, very professional and qualified and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We were thrilled. This is the first time we've had granite installed but I've done business with the Floors To Go a few times and it's always been a pleasure experience like the one that I just described, that's why I keep going back. They have always been very helpful and they have good products at fair prices. We are very happy with them. more

Very happy with them. 4/8/2016

I'm happy with the service we got from Floors To Go. We did an addition on our house of about 1500 square feet, which included a bedroom, bathroom, closet and a trophy room. Floors To Go put carpets in bedroom, closet and down the hall. They also put vinyl planks in the bathroom and trophy room. We had one or two spots that have been lifting but the sub floors they laid the vinyl on had some warped spots, so I think that is why. more

We decided to use Ted's Abbey carpet and Flooring because they had done some flooring in our home and offices a few years before. We are very pleased with the completed work. It looks like it has been there along time. They also cleaned up and put things back where they belonged. Very professional. more

Service was professional, friendly and very helpful 3/30/2016

The installers from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor did an excellent job and left everything nice when they replaced the flooring. They did the job in two parts and installed laminate flooring in our whole upstairs and 14 stairs coming downstairs. It turned out good and we like it. We had two different salespeople and they were excellent and very helpful. They gave us a pretty good price--it was great. We plan using them again when we start the downstairs renovation. more

Floors To Go done me a good job when they installed tile and built me a shower. It worked out real good, and the installer was strictly professional and a good guy. The best part of the service is when he got finished. We would buy from them again; we bought some things from them before for the kitchen. more
