I had to replace the passenger side window. they were able to do it the same day, so I took it in today. After nearly 2 hours I was excited to finally hear my name called. As I went out to my van, I noticed the outside trim had several new scratches, but I figured it was not too bad. I had vacuumed the van out the day before, but there were still several glass pieces, but I was told they would vacuum everything. When they finished, I noticed several glass pieces still in the van, then more under the wad of paper dirty towels left in the car. I also noticed more glass pieces in the window trim. I picked them out with a small stick and card. They were closing so I figured I could clean it up. No biggie. I then tried to roll it up and it did not work. They took it back in when I asked why the plastic moisture protector that goes inside the door was in the back seat. The guy said it is not needed and waded it up to throw it away. I asked for it back and asked if they could put it back in since they had to take the panel off again to find out why the window would not roll up. It only took about 5 minutes and it turned out the plug was not connected. This time I had them put the plastic trim back on the door as well.
All of the employees were very nice, so it was hard to complain about all the glass and after all, they quickly fixed their mistake on the window. It was after 6 and they were all ready to leave or I would have asked them to vacuum all the glass and maybe wipe down the dash that still had small glass pieces all over. I just decided to leave and clean it up myself.
As I shut the door, it sounded like an old slot machine paying out. The door is FULL of glass pieces. It seriously sounds like a bag of coins in the door. Not only does it make a huge sound when the door shuts, but when I drive over bumps. Awesome. You can also hear hard scratching when the window goes up and down like the new window or the bracket inside is scratching on glass pieces. The inside door panel is pretty jacked up as well. It does not line up. I was able to pop some things back into place, but it still does not line up.
I would not recommend them, at least for door windows.
