I got my window bashed out at the Football game and drove right over to Techna Glass on State and I-80 without an appointment. The manager came out to look at the window and made a call right then. 15 minutes later a van came pulling-up and delivered the window. They had already pulled out and vacuumed up all the little broken pieces of glass so the installation was quick. I was in and out so fast that I was perfectly pleased with Techna Glass. It was total satisfaction for me to have the problem solved within an hour. I was thankful for such great customer service and professionalism.
