Techna Glass\r 460 W 9000 S\r Sandy, UT 84070\r \r This shop is a freaking joke. They threw on the wrong windshield (a cheaper one, without the visor band) but i caught it on the day they installed. They admitted fault, said the correct part was ordered and was put in correctly in their system but the warehouse sent the wrong one. The tech gave me a new appointment 3 days later to come back to get the right part installed. What happened when i showed up 3 days later? They completely went back on their words and told me i didn't mentioned the visor band when i called and what they installed was the right part for the FX35, none of them have visor. I thought....are you f$$$ing kidding me? I've been driving my car since i bought it brand new for years and i don't know what type of windshield i have? Plus, the tech admitted the warehouse screwed up and sent the wrong part and now they're telling me that i didn't tell them about the f$$$ing visor band? Plus, this was an insurance claim; insurance pays for similar part at full price, not different part, cheaper part; They threw on the wrong part and practically called me an idiot because i didn't know what supposed to come with my car? What kind shady business is this?\r \r For what it's worth, they agreed to put the right windshield on but to hell with this place. Running a dishonest business; treat customers as they're idiots. Seriously!!! This is stealing and cheating at its finest. I'm gonna make sure every social media heard about this.
