Fantastic Service 2/3/2013

I was so impressed with Tech Butlers service, and customer service. This company knows what real service means and provides it with all shinning stars. There was not a single issue I did not get resolved while my Tech Butler was working with me. Such a polite and considerate person, I will ask for him by name next time. There was no making me feel silly for anything I did not know. One of the few companies I will keep on my referral list and will give the information out often. Thank you Tech Butler for you wonderful concept, help and outstanding customer service. more

Best deal in town. Low Price. High quality service!! 2/2/2013

I had a virus FBI something, got some quotes from pc repair companies $150 , $200, and more. Finally Tech butler $139 a year/30 bucks a call! I figured man thats too good. I expected a catch , no way excellent service for a low low price best deal A+ service!! Ask for Steven he was in and out super tech for a great price! more

I am fairly technical but after years of added equipment pcs, macs, a tablet, new internet tv and various smart phones and printers my network was in serious trouble. Tech Butler not only optimized and customized a solution for me but with some very inexpensive solutions was able to speed up my network, optimize my computers and gave me an automated backup solution to protect all of my digital media and personal files. My computer was down and I had no idea how to fix it. I was worried how expensive it would be to fix and I needed it repaired right away to get a project completed. A friend told me about TechButler and they came right out and fixed it right away, plus they fixed some additional problems on my wife's PC. The annual membership is the way to go, now I know they can fix anything. more
