Technicians were on time and very professional. They did some amazing sheet metal work to transition to original ducting. It was like art work and it looks great compared to old ducting. Their attention to detail is second to none. The clean up was great. They also serviced our AC while they were here. I have no issues to report. New furnace is very quiet! more

After resetting my thermostat and not getting any heat to my house I called Taylor Heating to come in and do a diagnostic since the other guys wanted to charge a whole lot of money just to come to my door. I'm so glad I did! I had no idea I had inadvertently messed up the programming and while it was an easy fix, a dishonest person would have tried to sell me products and services I didn't need. After correcting everything, he gave us heat! And we only had to pay the diagnostic fee. Glad we didn't need any real work done, but will call them when we do. more

I had another HVAC company service my system recently and the tech recommended replacement of a coil due to rust while the system was only 4 years old and operating fine. The cost of this replacement was $1500 and seemed odd so I contacted Taylor for a 2nd opinion. Taylor explained that the rusting was typical and unless the system was old or having problems replacement was unnecessary. Taylor saved me thousands by telling me the straight truth. Kudos to them! more

What great people to work with! Paul came the day after I called and replaced my dead hot water tank efficiently, quickly, with good humor and informative answers to my questions. New to this area I picked Taylor Heating & A/C because of their reputation and was NOT disappointed. First time I used them, but certainly not the last. Love the no hassle service! more

Just a little background to set this review in contents; I install HVAC as a DIY and have them commission by a LIC. Technician. This diagnostic went great, we had already did sone of the troubleshooting to it most likely being the heat pump itself where the leak is before this appointment and had to confirm the system was low and what will be required to repair the system. Our next step is a service appointment to find the leak, repair and re charge unit until it's running per factory specs. Now my review is more to the customer service side, the Technician talked to me, not down, not at, but to me. He listened and covered the options for repairs, plus fully explained anything for the required repairs. Now that being said, you can tell a lot about a company and there people by how they treat there customers. And this all started with my first email to Taylor's about an HP issues. Highly recommend. more

Brad called and said he would be here in 5 minutes and he was. He said that the servicing would take approximately 25 to 30 minutes, which it did and he also sealed the air exchanger to the plenum and now my house stays warmer. Thank you Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning for a great job. more

From scheduling the appointment to our service today, the team at Taylor practiced exceptional customer service start to finish. I received a reminder call yesterday, then a call during my appointment time that the technician Brett was on his way. Brett was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with important maintenance tips while he completed our tune-up service. I will definitely use Taylor for any future needs and recommend them to my friends and family! more

Our heat went out on the day we had to bring our mom home from the hospital from a neck fusion spinal surgery & we called several companies . It was a Friday & no one could come till Monday !! Taylor Heating was the only Company that rearranged their schedule to accommodate us and send in an installer who was actually on his day off !! They were friendly , fast & very efficient!! They arrived promptly exactly at 8 am. Were done by 11 am. Very professional. Walked me through what they did , and taught me how to use the smart wifi connected controller. Im very happy with it being integrated with my smart home system. Heating works much better and based on the time in use its already being used much less than my gas heater . more

The only good thing Taylor heating did was act professional while he was here. He ran some test on my furnace and told us the control board was broke and it would cost around $600 to replace he went out to his car to write up the quote. While he was out there i looked up the part it ran about $200 to $400. When he came back in he told us the part was hard to find and expensive So it was going to cost $950 to $1000. I told him that was a 3rd of the cost of a new furnace so as long my Thermostat still runs my ac unit i will just get the furnace replaced around the end of summer. He went and put the unit back together and left. I went and checked the thermostat and it wasn't working so i called the guy back he messed with some stuff and said it was just a Coincidence that it happen to stop working while he was there. I immediately called home depot and a couple days later they sent out expert air control Jesse Did the inspection on my furnace and told me that it was Only going to cost $480 to fix I asked him why the thermostat stopped working And told him about my last experience with Taylor heating. and he when looked at it and told me that the wires were cut And once he put them back together Magically the thermostat started working again Taylor heating is garbage, They're liars, they sabotaged my Thermostat And I had to pay $55 just for them to come out and sabotage my thermostat. If your going to use this company I advise getting a second opinion. more

Here is the crazy part. In a world where service provider’s make excuses and show up late. These guys show up earlier, go above and beyond, and have great attitude and personalities. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone in need of their services. more
