Review content:
Just a little background to set this review in contents; I install HVAC as a DIY and have them commission by a LIC. Technician.
This diagnostic went great, we had already did sone of the troubleshooting to it most likely being the heat pump itself where the leak is before this appointment and had to confirm the system was low and what will be required to repair the system. Our next step is a service appointment to find the leak, repair and re charge unit until it's running per factory specs.
Now my review is more to the customer service side, the Technician talked to me, not down, not at, but to me. He listened and covered the options for repairs, plus fully explained anything for the required repairs.
Now that being said, you can tell a lot about a company and there people by how they treat there customers. And this all started with my first email to Taylor's about an HP issues. Highly recommend.
