After resetting my thermostat and not getting any heat to my house I called Taylor Heating to come in and do a diagnostic since the other guys wanted to charge a whole lot of money just to come to my door. I'm so glad I did! I had no idea I had inadvertently messed up the programming and while it was an easy fix, a dishonest person would have tried to sell me products and services I didn't need. After correcting everything, he gave us heat! And we only had to pay the diagnostic fee. Glad we didn't need any real work done, but will call them when we do.
