Worst

Misunderstanding 6/17/2018

I've used their services a couple of times and was always very satisfied. This time I received a promotional card in the mail for what I believed was a checkup service for $49.99. I called the office to schedule and confirmed the price. When the service tech arrived, he verified that I was checking the filter regularly and cleaning when needed. I told him there no problems. He proceeded with further inspecting. After a while I told him he seemed to be doing a lot for $49.99. He answered it was a $230 service! I told him to stop. I didn't order that and about the advertisement card. I asked him to call the office and check. The card was for "diagnostic visit, not a service" I was told. We went around and around. Finally, the office person agreed to stop his servicing and to only charge the $49.99. My advice would be to really be sure what kind of service is offered with an advertisement you respond to. more

Work on heat pump 6/1/2018

Called because was having trouble with heat pump freezing up. The guys that came out here were very knowledgeable, knew what doing, friendly and considerate. I would recommend them more

I was so fortunate to work with Nar. He is the best from start to finish. Patient, knowledgeable, and quick to return calls/emails/texts are just a few of the ways he represents Taylor WELL! I got quotes from many other companies but none had the integrity and knowledge that Nar does. I had a few problems following installation and Nar was there to help, even though his end of the job was complete. Thanks to him, I got what I needed in a fair and quick manner. I’ve already recommended Taylor to others, noting that they talk with Nar first. Thanks Nar and thank you Taylor Heating and AC! more

Good reminder! 5/17/2018

I couldn't get our AC to come on so I called Taylor Heating & AC. The technician was very prompt, friendly, "understanding" & kind. He went right outside to check the unit & came back carrying the cover. Right... I forgot to remove the cover so the AC wasn't able to do it's thing. Very embarrassing, but so glad the problem is solved. more

I am very happy with Taylor Heating and A/C. The tech squeezed me in same day after I called. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing was the price as a bit steep $125 an hour plus tax and using a credit card fee. I am still happy with the call and service. I would totally recommend this company. more
