Always so responsive, polite, and never had any issues with them.

** Do not rent 4505 Antelope Lane, Charlotte, NC. 28269, from TR Lawing. TR Lawing is helpful, but the owner of the house will screw you. Plumbing issues, back yard draining issue...

I live 3000 miles from a townhouse and a single family home I own in Charlotte, and am delighted that Sallie Myrick of T.R. Lawing has been managing these properties for more than 8 years. I feel confident that she and the relevant staff at T.R Lawing look after them and handle the tenants as I would if I were near by. Through the ups and downs of land-lording, I have felt great relief at the professional and conscientious attention provided so I am unfettered by any concerns. more

Hi all! I first heard of and had the pleasure of dealing with TR Lawing Realty last year when trying to find my first rented apartment in Charlotte. Having just moved to the city and knowing very little about it, it was challenging to find a decent place, in a convenient location, without roommates, on a budget. Through T.R. Lawing I was able to live for a year in a safe, cozy studio in a beautiful historic Tryon House Apartments building in uptown. I recommend the agency to anyone. They seem to deal with paperwork and various renter's issues in a polite, flexible and promptly manner. Last, but not the least, I couldn't possibly say enough kind things about the 508 N Tryon property manager Mary McCall. She is just the best! more
