** Do not rent 4505 Antelope Lane, Charlotte, NC. 28269, from TR Lawing. TR Lawing is helpful, but the owner of the house will screw you. Plumbing issues, back yard draining issue...

I wanted to give kudos to Peggy Malabuyoc for the friendly and professional way she has been managing my property! When the market crashed, we tried to sell our home, but would have lost a LOT of money. We chose to rent it out instead, and Peggy has taken care of us! She's taken care of any issues we've had with repairs or tenants, and we don't have to worry about it! more

Dottie with TRLawing has been such a wonderful manager of my rental property. She was very proactive with situations that arise. I could rest assured that she would solve problems in a fair way. Juanita Martinez has been very helpful on all questions I have, and I'm happy with TRLawing as my company for renting the house, I know there are some repairs that the house needed that we identified since we beginning renting the house, but most of those are not functional. TR lawing is a great rental service. A great advantage is the possibility to rent properties form private owners as well as other rental properties. the payment options and flexibilities are very convenient ranging from in person (cash, check, cards) to online and a after hours drop box. Request for in home service can be a bit of an issue occasionally if services are not covered by warranty, but other than that, a great place to find rentals for all your needs. more

C - We apologize for the negative reaction you have towards T. R. Lawing Realty, Inc. We understand that our relationship did not end well, after a misunderstanding on our fees. We do apologize that you did not understand that we collect a management fee on the income recieved on your behalf. After my research, I noticed that this total charge was $40. I am happy to work with you to resolve this matter quickly. I understand that the resident did vacate in accordance with the lease terms and had a positive experience. They do feel that all lease terms were upheld by us and yourself. Respectfully. more

I give this company a big fat 0. Do NOT use this company whether leasing a place or renting a place. I was a home owner and they had the worst customer service. My property manager was shady, there were always hidden fees, and they never gave me a sense of peace. The PM was an idiot as he let the tenants move out 30 after they gave their notice, it's month by month, hidden insurance fees, and just overall ridiculous. Worst situation I have had. My new property manager makes TR lawing look like the dog crap left on my lawn more

TR Lawing 12/25/2010

Our sewer system backed up on Friday and we were told not to flush our toilets and to deal with it until Monday. My toilet is leaking sewage and I am being told to deal with it? This is completely unreasonable!, especially when three of us live at the home. Do not deal with this company! more
