I first heard of and had the pleasure of dealing with TR Lawing Realty last year when trying to find my first rented apartment in Charlotte. Having just moved to the city and knowing very little about it, it was challenging to find a decent place, in a convenient location, without roommates, on a budget. Through T.R. Lawing I was able to live for a year in a safe, cozy studio in a beautiful historic Tryon House Apartments building in uptown. I recommend the agency to anyone. They seem to deal with paperwork and various renter's issues in a polite, flexible and promptly manner. Last, but not the least, I couldn't possibly say enough kind things about the 508 N Tryon property manager Mary McCall. She is just the best!
