Gabe came out and did a great job about diagnosing the issue with the heat pump. He explained everything to me clearly and made sure to explain the options. Although he couldn't fix it right then he made sure to order the right parts and get it fixed as soon as they come in. more

Our AC gave out the day before we where to have a birthday party for 3. Zach the technician called right away and said he could be out at midnight. I decided to go with 8 AM Sunday morning. He arrived and was able to get the unit running right away. We even had him install surge protectors on the AC and Heating units. He cleaned the coils to the AC and made his repair. He was professional and explained everything along the way. I will be using Swiss Air from now on and found that Zach provided excellent service. Thanks, Dan T. more

Going into the labor-day weekend my AC gave-out. Called Swiss Air at 8:00 pm and received a call from an HVAC tech. within half an hour. Explained the problem and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Our tech., Zach, arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem. Called Swiss Air today and within 10 minutes I had a return call and an estimated arrival time. Zach was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained in detail what he needed to do. He had our problem fixed in no time. We had our furnace installed by Swiss Air and maintenance and service since that time has been excellent. The technicians are top notch and the office staff always friendly. A good company that cares for its customers. Give them a call! more

Zach came to check out the non functioning a/c and got it fixed promptly. Also did an outstanding maintenance on the indoor and outdoor units, all for a very fair price. I had another company here in the winter, and their work was minimal and poor. Swiss Air has my heating and cooling work from now on. Thank you so much. It's so good to have a reliable, knowledgeable service company. more

I've used Swiss Air for the last several heating/cooling tune-ups I've had and I've been pleased. The technicians do what they're supposed to do without any hard up-sell for additional products or services and the company charges a fair price. The last couple of times I've been fortunate to have Joe as my technician. Joe is a knowledgeable and personable fellow with a great smile and attitude. When I need additional service Swiss Air will be the company I call. And I hope they send out Joe. more

Swiss Heating & Air did very good work repairing my heating and air units and were extremely neat, courteous, and committed to customer satisfaction. The technician was very honest and helpful about the upgrade options I had and clearly knew what he was doing. Their rates are comparable and I'd recommend them. more

Great Experience 8/18/2014

This was my first time using Swiss Heating & Air. They came out in April to put a new igniter on my heating system. The service went fine. The guys that came to do the service were friendly, and didn't take very long. They actually came the same day I called to fix my heating system. I will probably use them again if I need their services. more
