Absolutely excellent customer service and repair 2/14/2013

Swiss Heating & Air works like clockwork. They came in and checked out the furnace. The technician realized he didn't have the correct part to fix it. He ordered it overnight and gave us a substitute part so we would have heat that night. He then fixed it the next day. I would call them super service because you don't find service like this very often. more

They do a good job 7/18/2012

I have been using Swiss Heating & Air Conditioning for some time now. Whenever we had problems with out old furnace I would call them and they would come out right away and fix the problem. Last year they put in a new air conditioner and new furnace for us and they did a very good job. I think they're a very neat company, they clean up after themselves, they never leave a mess. more

Lots of effort, worry free. 5/17/2012

The technician from Swiss Heating & Air Conditioning just really put a lot of effort into getting our air conditioning and furnace all set up into the summer mode. They're very far down on list of things I have to worry about. They come out periodically for check ups, and everything has been just fine with their service. more

I'm happy with their work 4/16/2012

The reason why I went with Swiss Heating & Air Conditioning is mostly because I've seen their trucks in the area so when I needed them I just looked up their number. They checked out my furnace and air conditioner. They cleaned it and did the usual maintenance. They were clean and courteous. more

I have been a customer of Swiss Heating and Air Conditioning for probably 10 years and I have a service contract with them. I recently had a service issue and they were prompt getting here. They explained the problem and solution and and were very prompt in getting it fixed. They are up front about pricing and you don't have to worry about them, they are very honest and won't try and take advantage of your lack of knowledge of about heating and air conditioning units. Very happy with everything overall. more

Very efficient. 8/19/2011

It was late Friday night when my air conditioner was going out, and it was one of those 96 degree nights. I called Swiss Heat & Air's 24-hour line and the tech guy came out and fixed my air as quick as he could because I explained to him that I had surgery 3 days prior. He was very efficient in getting out here and helping me out. more

A good investment. 7/20/2011

I have been a customer of Swiss Heat & Air for about five years now. I have been very satisfied with their service. I can't walk very well, I have Parkinson's Disease and they seem to go out of their way for me. It's a good investment that has more than paid for itself. I highly recommend them. more

Their excellent service is worth it! 7/18/2011

I have a service agreement with Swiss Heat & Air, they come out to service our furnace in fall and our AC in spring. They've always been quick, professional and efficient. Recently, we had a problem with our AC unit. My wife has COPD and has to have the AC in order to breathe. I called up Swiss Heat & Air and they came out to fix it right away, within an hour of my call. I felt like they really went over and beyond for us and came out promptly and on a weekend! Honest work - decent price 5/3/2005

The price was good, time to repsond was excellent. Their maintenance agreement seems to be a very good bargain. The service technician explained the cause of the problem and what he had done to repair to problem. PROS: Quick response with solid explanation and decent price CONS: none at this time more
